MCP Platform Engineer
Own the layer that lets our agents do real work — the MCP servers, the agent gateway, and the orchestration that ties them together.
AI Fullstack Engineer
Build the platform our agents and operators live in — full stack, from FastAPI services down to the React UI, shipping AI-powered features end to end.
Senior Forward Deployed DevSecOps Engineer
You are the system integrator for the Fulcrum platform: the engineer who carries it from our pipelines into accredited customer environments and back. You will alternate between operating in customer secure facilities and slotting into the development team writing production code. Your ability to be both a voice for the customer and the codebase is critical.
Senior Scrum Master
A coach first, supporting a U.S. Space Force program in Colorado Springs alongside a multi-company team of engineers and a government-side Product Owner. The teams are capable and mission-focused but new to Agile, and right now they see Scrum as extra process. Your job is to change that — not by enforcing ceremonies, but by making every sprint event visibly worth an engineer's time until the teams run them because they want to. Program leadership backs the effort and will give you real authority to reshape how the teams work.
